Job Description
1. Collaborate with the content marketing teams to develop campaign strategies, including messaging, campaign building and rolling out, and working on the optimizing and measurement of performance using data
2. Develop, execute, and measure the effectiveness of demand generation-focused campaign strategies for the company
3. Validate the leads generated through cold calling campaigns, email campaigns, and webinars/events
4. Collaborate with sales and other customer-facing teams for leads follow-up and progression
5. Report results to key stakeholders in the business
6. Work closely with the business operations team to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics including reach, conversion, and engagement
7. Acquire and build up the databases from different sources
8. Manage the social media campaigns, content, and measurement of performance

4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have done MBA
2. Must have excellent spoken and written English with digital media savvy
3. Must be good with data & analytics
4. Must know Excel, Spreadsheet, Word, and presentations
5. Knowledge of mail campaign tools like Sendgrid, Zoho preferred
6. Must have a go-getter with basic digital marketing knowledge
7. Must have great interpersonal skills
8. Must explore and learn new tools and technologies and must use them effectively to streamline day-to-day activities
9. Must be willing to learn fast and deliver under pressure
