Job Description
Requirement:
- We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive/Field Workers (males and Females) who are fresher / experienced in Finance Sector, Insurance Sector, Banking Sector to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
- The goal is to reach out to receive deposits from, and lending to, its members only, for their mutual benefit in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge about Nidhi Companies.
- Ability to manage time and complete daily sales target in office hours
- Good knowledge of Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Daily Deposits,
- Monthly Income Schemes and legal implications involved.
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting information and advising clients on which savings are best for them.
- Confident, hardworking, and enthusiastic person with sound telephone etiquettes.
- Excellent analytical, customer service, and insurance products sales skills.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns.
- Initiate, control surveys and generate leads to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- Promoting NBFC services.
- Bring deposits from customers (FD,RD,MIS) and providing loan to customers.
- Meeting customers interested in savings and gathering information on health, family, finance, and lifestyle.
