About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing a market strategy for business development
2. Meeting with clients and giving presentations to them
3. Handling activities contributing to student enrollment
4. Analyzing and forecasting market demand and student admission trends
5. Giving presentations in individual and group settings
6. Working on lead and database management
7. Organizing events: trade shows, education fairs
8. Advising student/parents for the learning needs through counseling sessions
9. Fixing appointments and conducting online demo sessions upon any inquiry
10. Understanding customer profile and problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods
11. Establishing the IB Experts For 7 On 7 Private Limited as a brand in the area of IB/IGCSE/MYP
12. Handling objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
13. Creating the sales target and planning to achieve the sales target(s)
14. Identifying the client profile and creating a database for increasing the sales

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sales/enrollments).
