REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:MBA ( Master Degree in Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management, from AICTE approved institutions).
  
• Experience:Minimum 3-years of proven experience in successfully managing the marketing & admissions programs
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Work experience in higher education sector as a admission counselor
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all Admissions to the Institute
  
• To keep the Chairman & Head-Academics informed on Admissions and Marketing
  
• Develop and deliver the Institute's Marketing strategy
  
• Handle all the marketing and advertising needs of the Institute
  

Admissions Responsibilities:

• Coordinate students Admissions to the Institute including: Initial contact; Sending out Prospectus, Arranging initial campus visits and tour
  
• Liaising with Educational Consultants & other subagents as required
  
• Following up of all Admissions inquiries
  

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Advertising/ Press releases/ Social Media: Coordination of production of adverts/ fliers, copywriting, and liaison with the media
  
• Website development and maintenance
  
• Regular updates on the School’s Twitter and Facebook accounts
  

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience of the Admissions process in an independent school
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Demonstrated command of marketing concepts
• Experience with e-mail marketing and online strategies.
• A high degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, CMS, Bulk Email Client).
• An excellent telephone manner
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
