Job Description

Position Title: - Marketing Operations

Experience: – Freshers

Reporting To: - Head of Department

Location: - Visakhapatnam

Responsibilities:

Develop, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns tailored to meet predefined objectives and targets

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns within specified timelines

Content And Creative Support : Assist in crafting and refining campaign content in collaboration with the creative team to maximize impact and engagement

Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Strategy Development : Create customized account strategies to align with client goals and drive growth.

Project Oversight : Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Growth & Opportunities : Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize account performance to deliver measurable results.

Problem Resolution : Address client concerns and work with internal teams to implement solutions.

REQUIREMENT:

 Required BBA Graduations who are passionate into marketing.

 Willingness to Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 A self-motivated learner, eager to develop data analysis skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

 Demonstrated sense of ownership and a relentless pursuit of targets while prioritizing customer experience

 Learn new skills basis the requirement of the team.
