JD:

Market Research & Analysis, Competition Study, Product Strategy & Roadmap planning
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
Creative in identifying target audience and driving marketing campaigns
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Evaluates emerging technologies
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnel
Content preparation
Decks (Corporate, Pitch, Investor etc.) preparation
Technical Document (Brochures, Datasheet etc.) preparation
Promotional content (Social Media, Events etc.) preparation consistent with the company’s brand identity
Branding & Promotion

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Basic Requirements

Self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related engineering with masters in marketing or a related field 0 to 3years of marketing and social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
