Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious marketing trainee who takes a genuine interest in the career journey of young India. This role will directly support the product and content marketing strategy for Freshersworld, working closely with leadership to shape how we reach, engage, and empower our audience. 

What You’ll Do
● Content Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm content formats (Videos, articles, social media, campaigns, microsites, email) that resonate with freshers and early-career job seekers.
● Product Positioning Support: Help articulate Freshersworld’s unique value proposition across job search, skill development, and employer branding.
● Market Research: Track competitor platforms, trends in fresher hiring, user behavior, and campus recruitment strategies.
● User Empathy & Persona Building: Work with data and community insights to shape personas and content targeting.
● Experiment & Report: Run small-scale experiments on content formats or messaging and report outcomes to guide decision-making.
● Build and Maintain Candidate Database: Increase candidate registration and application database, and clean up databases for improved hiring. Tracking and reporting of database.

What We’re Looking For
● Recently graduated / MBA, Mass Communication, or related fields.
● Strong interest in startups, digital marketing, and youth employment.
● High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about solving problems.
● Open to learning new tools, platforms, and methods of storytelling.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Bonus: Exposure to Canva, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or content management systems.
