Job Description
- Co-Ordinate Teleconsultation’s (between MRC and eUPHC’s)
- Basic Tech support to Doctors
- Reschedule the Consultations if required as per published roster
- Virtual technical training to field team
- Customer Feedback calling (periodic calling to customer to get feedback)
- Reporting (Maintain the reports of all consults)
- Publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS as per management requirement.
- Tracking all IT issues in Bug list and follow up on the same till resolved.
- Doctor monitoring (login, log outs timings and breaks)
