- Certified Coders start their career with a pay scale of Rs. 18,000/- to 20,000 per month. With little Experience, one can earn Rs.30,000/- per month with other perquisites and benefits. CERTIFIED Medical Coders with 2 to 4 years experience earns Rs.50, 000/- p.m + perquisites.
