Coders start their career with a pay scale of Rs. 28,000/- to 30,000 per month. With little Experience, one can earn Rs.35,000/- per month with other perquisites and benefits. Medical Coders with 2 to 4 years experience earns Rs.50, 000/- p.m + perquisites.
