Job Description
1.Interact with customers through inbound and oubound calls.
2.Need to work in the inbuilt tool.(CRM tool).
3.Handling customers queries and providing response via phone.
4.Follow up calls from the patient,receive regular feedback from the team members.
5.Qualification-Bsc/Msc Freshers/Lifescience background can walkin for the interview.6.Work timings - 9 to 6:30;Working Days:5 Days:Every alternate saturday will be working.
