(Vacancy No. 20121602112) Four vacancies for the post of Medical Physicist, Safdarjung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (OBC-01,UR-03)(PH*-01) Of the four vacancies one vacancy is reserved for Physically Challenged persons with Locomotor Disability i.e. Both Legs Affected but not Arms(BL) or One Leg Affected (R or L)(OL) or One Arm Affected (R or L)(OA) or One Leg and One Arm Affected(OLA). The posts are also suitable for Physically Challenged person with disability of Locomotor disability Disability i.e. Both Legs Affected but not Arms(BL) or One Leg Affected (R or L)(OL) or One Arm Affected (R or L)(OA) or One Leg and One Arm Affected(OLA). The posts are permanent. 

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as Per 7th CPC plus NPA. Central Health Services Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre, Group ‘A’ Age-35 years.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATIONAL: (i) Post Graduate degree in Physics from a recognised University plus Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognised University and internship of minimum twelve months in a recognised well equipped Radiation Therapy Department. OR (ii) A basic degree in Science from a recognised University with Physics as one of the main subjects and A post graduate degree in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognised University and an internship of minimum twelve months in a recognised well equipped Radiation Therapy Department.
