Medical Transcriptionist Job in Synapsica Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Jasola, Delhi

Job Description for Medical transcriptionist:

• Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor/ radiologist.
  
• Transcribe and interpret the dictation into operative reports.
  
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care
  
• Submit health records for doctor/ radiologist to approve
  
• Follow up with the doctor/ radiologist to ensure the accuracy of the reports
  
• Coordinate with technicians and staff to get appropriate patient history and records for Radiology consult.
  
• Transcribe images of patient history, medical prescriptions, reports & records into the appropriate form for ease of Doctor/ Radiologist
  
• Enter patient data into health records systems.
  
• Escalate any issues or discrepancy to appropriate authority.
  
• Duty timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2+ year as Medical Transcriptionist, Experience in radiology reporting will be preferred
  
• Minimum Typing Speed: 40 words per minute
  
• Duty timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  
• Working days: 6 days per week
  
• Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month
