Check power consumption & water plant.
Heat Monitoring with compliance of all Quality Requirements.
Maintain All Quality Records accordance to quality system.
Maintain all parameters of furnace & related to furnace as per desired frequency.
Produce production as per planning & any major breakdown during work, inform to all concern.
Daily reporting to operational head with all required documents.
Take corrective action, preventive actions for any non corfimity of product, process
Handling foundry lab
