1. To analyze current fashion trends in the market

2. To supervise the creation of new articles and ensure adaptations for fitting etc

3. To create new & outstanding styles with variation in fabric, prints, embellishments, trims etc.

4. To work with clients for approval of fit sample, production sample, pilot sample

5. To proactively spearhead the job of product development in an organization.
