Function Description
The ideal candidate must have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The role is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Process daily orders received on our website and through B2B partners
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Ensure timely and appropriate communication to all stakeholders
- Analyze the reports to reduce the order return rates
- Manage the line sheets and coordinate with B2B partners to increase presence on their platforms
- Optimize operations to align with the goals of the business

Qualifications
- Graduates with 1-2 Year's experience in an operations role, preferably in a startup.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask.
- Comfortable to work with new technologies
- Strong be entrepreneurial
- Agility and adaption to work in a fast-paced environment
- Academic Qualification/Experience in fashion would be an added advantage
Annual Remuneration
- 3.6-4.2 lacs.
