Job Description
Designation: Merchant Onboarding
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on merchant onboarding with KYC verification and compliance checks
2. Working on website checking and allied activities of merchant onboarding
3. Understanding and categorizing the merchants based on the line of business
4. Working on query resolution for our internal customer i.e., business team
5. Adhering to operations guidelines while the activation and query resolution
6. Maintaining TAT as per SLA for the process
