Custodian of Enemy Property for India (MHA) invites application for the position Law Officer Grade - II
No. of Post: 01[Lucknow-01]
Monthly Remuneration: 35,000
Qualification/ Experience:
a. Retired Government of Officer ILS/ Central Government Services who retired from analogous post. OR On contractual basis a person having Degree in Law with minimum 3 years experience in practice of Law.
Working knowledge of Computer is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities: to provide in-house legal assistance to the office of CEPI; to draft affidavits; in place to put mechanism for legal audit; to monitor status of litigations pertaining to enemy properties Any other task assigned by CEPI on legal matters from time to time.
Age Limit: Normally, the maximum age limit for all categories will be 65 years
