Preparing Agent Skill Wise Dashboards and Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly for Business,
Timelines, Accuracy or Error Free Reporting.
Will be responsible for maintaining the daily MIS for the delivery function.
Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and Aware of all Excel Formulas, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Hlookup, Macros etc.
Ensure schedules are followed and breaks are adhered to.

Prepare and maintain reports showcasing Interval level performance, daily/weekly/monthly performance reports etc.
Should be able to adjust schedules to meet requirements on a real time basis.
Report deviations, Plan vs. Actual and its implication.
Analysing MIS report to provide feedback
Coordinate with the management on a weekly basis to ensure that uniform information is available from the company.
Dashboards, Report generation.
