Job Description
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and decision-making. The role requires strong skills in Excel, data management tools, and generating MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
✅ Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, Excel, CRM systems, etc.).
✅ Create dashboards, charts, and summaries to present data insights effectively.
✅ Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
✅ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reports.
✅ Coordinate with various teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, etc.) for data requirements and clarifications.
✅ Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
✅ Support in performance tracking, target vs achievement reporting, and other operational data needs.
Technical Skills Required:

Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level):

Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH

Data Validation, Filters, Sort, Power Query

Basic to intermediate Macros or VBA (optional, but preferred)

Other Tools & Platforms:

MS PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations

Knowledge of Google Sheets for cloud-based reporting

Tally / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Oracle – if required by company)

CRM / HRMS tools (Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)

Analytical Tools (Optional but Beneficial):

Power BI or Tableau

SQL for querying large databases

Python (basic scripting knowledge, if data science is involved)
