Job Overview:
Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data. Client Support: Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:· Perform data entry and update records accurately.
· Handle documentation and file management.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
· Maintain office supplies and inventory control.
· Prepare reports and presentations as required.
· Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
· Support the front office team with administrative tasks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Processing invoices and payments
· Making Entries in Company’s Software
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Managing databases
· Expert in priortising the work.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in an administrative or back office role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
