Municipal Finance Specialist (CMMU)

Qualification : Graduate/Post graduate degree in Finance from recognized university with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.  Skills to evaluate urban infrastructure investment and helping city governments to use a range of options for financing projects.  Basic knowledge of computers. Desirable:  Experience to advise and train staff in municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization, public private partnership etc.

Urban Planner (CMMU)

Qualification :Masters in Urban Planning/ Urban and Regional Planning OR B.Tech (Urban Planning) with Master degree in relevant field of Urban Planning from recognized universities/ institutions affiliated with AICTE. Minimum experience of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Urban Planning, GIS or relevantfield of Urban Planning. The experience is preferred in Master Plan preparation on GIS platform, Master Planning, GIS, Property Mapping, Infrastructure Planning etc. Experience in working with large scale Urban development projects/ programmes.
