Job Description:
Product Management and Coordination with all Stakeholder for End to End streamlined operation of Grievance, Call Centre and IMPACT Portal. The Product Manager will manage the requirement collection ,Development ,Test and Deployment on the production environment.
1. Coordination with Technical Team for Development
2. Training to States/ stakeholders
3. Raise CR/ Add new Features and functionality
4. Requirement Gathering
5. UAT /Testing
6. FRS/SRS Documents Preparation
7. Troubleshoot Technical Issues / Ticket Resolution
