Job Description
The National Law University, Delhi (‘University’) is seeking to engage one ‘Consultant – Designer’ on a three(3) month short term contract to design ‘Desk Calendar’ for the year 2022 for Project 39A.
1. Position: Consultant (Designer)
2. Qualifications:
(i) Graduate in Fine Arts or Graphic Design or both.
(ii) Relevant experience of working as a designer.
(iii) Relevant experience of working with a reputed graphic design firm.
(iv) Ability to communicate data using data visualisation tools and infographics.
(v) Good hold over design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
(vi) Experience in working with print medium.
3. Compensation: Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be Rs. 30,000/- per month.
4. Duration of the Contract: The contract will be for three(3) months duration.
5. Responsibilities:
(i) Creative input relating to developing suitable designs for Calendar
(ii) Working on illustrations for the calendar based on the design and theme.
(iii) Creating and communicating design options and illustrations suitable for the calendar
(iv) Finalizing the design and illustrations for the calendar, based on feedback and in coordination with the staff.
(v) Coordinating the printing process, verifying printed samples, making sure the calendar is printed as per the specifications and within the required time frame.
