Job Description
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E./ MCA with 1-6 years in software development using Microsoft web technologies such as ASP.NET with C#,MVC,SQL server, Linq
- Must be having good exposure presentation layer development of web application using AJAX, JQuery and Java Script.
- Sound Understanding in database queries, Stored Procedures or table architecture in MS SQL 2008,2012.
- Should be able to demonstrate capability of coding using test driven development in a competitive environment.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of OOPS/OOD/RDBMS.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Microsoft enterprises library .
- Knowledge of WEB Services (WCF/WPF)
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage work and maintain focus on assigned tasks.
- Good understanding of best coding practices.
- Good understanding of design methodologies/patterns.
- Define and coordinate the technical tasks for the development of the software and/or interfaces
- Act as a mentor for the developers on the team
- Has strong technical skills and often develops the architecturally significant components of the software system and/or interfaces
- Ensure all the developers understand the big picture because their work has implications
- Communicate technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Sponsor by using business terms
- Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
- Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
- Pay high attention to detail in all work.
- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Candidate should have good communication skills .
- Candidate should have good Team management.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and responsible team player.
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
- Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
