Job Description
General:
• Good knowledge of Microwave equipment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software
related to telecommunications.
• Scheduling and managing action items for customer review meetings.
• Assists in the operation and Optimization of the microwave network.
• Analyze Performance of hops, and/or user requirements.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of issues to minimize impact
• Act as a technical resource/ SME throughout Project lifecycle.
• Customer appropriately informed of progress, issues and support
required.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in process and regularly
assess documentation and reports for accuracy and improvement
Skills Required:
• Good working communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks
as well as work independently or in a team towards resolution.
• Required excellent Customer handling skills without any escalations.
• Good analytical skills. Focus on errorless delivery & logical reasoning.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly.
