Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Incident response and management
- Support customer via Call, Email and Chat.
- Monitor Network and Server Infrastructure.
- Timely updation of issues and status to all the required stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot network and server infrastructure.
- Taking config backups
- Adhere to shift handover process.
- Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, for supporting Network operations.
- Develop and maintain related documentation.
- Education:BE / BTech / MCA / MSc IT / BCA / BSc (Computers) or any equalient graduation degree from university.
- Preferred Certification or Training:
- CCNA
- ITIL
- LPI
- Knowledge of Ubuntu or Debian, CentOS - Mandatory
- Knowledge of Network and Monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite. - Desirable
