Job Role:
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore.
Having knowledge about TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, DNS, & DHCP.
Os installation and troubleshooting.Configuring the routed and routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Installation of OS’s (Windows XP, Win7,8,8.1,10 and Server OS).
Troubleshooting Hardware Problems.
Antivirus Update & virus protection.
