Responsibilities and Duties
Leading different divisions of a digitally empowered modern, professionally managed NGO, in the areas of Development [grass-roots literacy/livelihood services, liaison], Finance [accounts, finance] Administration [HR, housekeeping], Technology [ITC]
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, excellent GK and English skills. Prior experience in managing a small organization is a must, so are leadership skills, diplomatic skills, legal knowledge, and good general awareness.
Should have thorough knowledge, skills & proven results. Must be highly organized, systematic, punctual and reliable.
Education
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- MBA/PGDM - Other Management, Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization, PG Diploma - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
