NOC ENGINEER Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Role: NOC Engineer / Network Operations Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network devices, servers, links, and services 24×7.

• Respond to network alerts and incidents.

• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, packet loss, and device issues.

• Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN and VPN infrastructure.

• Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.

• Create and update incident/service tickets and follow SLA requirements.

• Coordinate with network, system, security, and vendor teams.

• Perform routine health checks and network maintenance.

• Maintain incident records, network documentation, and reports.

• Support change-management and scheduled maintenance activities. IIndeed+1

Required Skills

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• LAN/WAN, VLAN

• Routers and switches

• Basic routing concepts

• VPN and firewall fundamentals

• Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios or Zabbix

• Basic Linux/Windows knowledge

• Troubleshooting and incident management

• Good communication skills

• CCNA
