Job Title/Designation

NOC Engineer - SDWAN / DTAC

The role for the SDWAN engineer is to support the network changes and new installations from business customers. Support can be scheduled in advance on on demand from clients calling to turn up purchased services. This is a technical position that must communicate and at times guide the work of field engineers and requires an understanding of Telco access networks.

Job Requirement

• Rich experience of QOS/MPLS, BGP, L3VPN/L2VPN, IGP, SD-WAN, NetConf, NMS & OSS/BSS protocols.
• Experience in SDN (NFV), SDWAN (Velocloud / Viptela / Versa or Silver peak) technologies equipment is must
• Proficient user of English language measured by >C1 on CEFR scale or >92 on TOEFL scale
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Rich experience of QOS/MPLS, BGP, L3VPN/L2VPN, IGP, SD-WAN, NetConf, NMS & OSS/BSS protocols.
• Should have profound knowledge of network planning or optimization theory and good communication ability.
• Experience in SDN (NFV), SDWAN (Velocloud / Viptela / Versa or Silver peak) technologies equipment is must
• Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, QoS, troubleshooting, and scripting
• Industrial certifications in Cisco, Juniper, F5/Riverbed/Fortigate/Palo Alto products/technologies is desirable
• Demonstration of CCNP/CCNP SP (CCIP)/CCIE level (or higher) knowledge (or vendor alternatives) is must (required or comparable level)
• Cloud technologies and security services (Zscaler) is desirable
• VOIP or wireless knowledge is an advantage
• NEXT-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) is welcomed
• Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to help meet business requirements
• Innovative with capability to adapt to new environments and drive changes successfully

• Team player, analytical thinker & problem solver

• Will be required to work in various shifts(Day/Night) including holidays and weekends. Overtime as needed
