Qualification : ( As per U.G.C., State Government & AICTE Rules.) (A) for Sr. No. LCU-01 (Defence & Strategic Studies) LCU-02(Analytical Chemistry) , LCU-03 (Physical Chemistry) & LCU-04 (Organic Chemistry), LCU-06 (Mathematics/ Statistics), LCU- 07 (Microbiology) & LCU-08 ( Bio-chemistry), LCU-09 (Geology), (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. (iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses of (i) and (ii) to the Clause 4.4.1 of the UGC Regulations, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/ Institutions. (B) For Sr. No. LCU-05 (Actuarial Science) M.Sc. (Actuarial Science) with at least 55% marks OR M.Sc. (Statistics) NET/SET with Actuarial Science background. (C) for Sr. No. LCU-10 (Finance), LCU-11 (HR /Operation) ( As per AICTE Rules.) First class or equivalent in Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and two years relevant experience is desirable. (For Finance specialization candidate with UG/ PG in Commerce is desirable) (D) for Sr. No. LCU-12: Pharmaceutical Technology (M. Tech.) ( As per AICTE Rules.) Frist class in B.Pharm / B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical Technology) & M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ M.Tech (Pharma Tech) Ph.D. is desirable) (E) for Sr. No. LCU-13 : (Education) ( As per UGC/NCTE Rules.) (a) A Master Degree in Arts/ Humanities / Sciences/ Commerce and M.Ed. each with minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) OR M.A. (Education) and B.Ed each with a minimum of 55% marks (oran equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed ) and (b) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. (c) B.Ed/ M.Ed with Elementary or Secondary Education will be given preference. (d) Experience person will be given preference
