Research Associate Bioinformatics job position in National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology (NRCPB)
Scheme : Incentivizing Research in Agriculture
Senior Research Fellow
Educational Qualification : 1. First class Masters degree in any discipline of Plant Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Agriculture. 2. NET qualification and two years research / teaching experience is essential for the candidates with 3+2 years B.Sc.+ M.Sc. Desirable: Research experience in one or more of the following: growing crops in the field/ net house and related data handling; plant transformation; genomics.

Pay Scale : Rs.25000/- Per Month + HRA
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women
Research Associate
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Genetics/allied sciences. OR 1. First class Masters degree in any discipline of Plant Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Botany/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Agriculture having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship. 2. NET qualification is essential for the candidates with 3+2 years B.Sc.+ M.Sc.

Pay Scale : Rs. 40000/- + 30% HRA (For Ph.D holder) Rs. 38000/- + 30% HRA (for Master Degree holder)
