Requirements:
- Good communication in local language of respective city and English
- Should know areas of the city
- Must have relevant qualification (B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc + Nursing diploma)
- Must be ready to travel within the city and around the city
- Must be presentable
- Coordination with the Care Center (Health Impetus Pvt Ltd) and Patient
- Getting Patient Data from Field Force/Care center/ Doctors
- Scheduling Patient home visits and training/ counseling them according to the project need.
- Reporting to the Project Lead according to the prescribed time-interval.
- Conducting Patient feedback at random
- Computer basic skills
- Reviewing self-performance with the Care center on a weekly basis
- Consent fulfillment from the patient
- Consent dispatch to central office
- Receive and make calls from/to Patients
- Schedule patient home visits (if applicable)
- Program detailing to the patient before consent
- Injection comfort and education (if applicable)
- Extend Value Added Services (VAS)
- Report ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction)
- Report activities on a daily basis
- Reporting to Project Lead/ Project Manager/ Asst Manager Operations in the given formats
