Key Responsibilities

v Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical, nursing service calls assigned.
v creating, evaluating, and implementing the customized care plans.
v Providing education and support to patients and their family members.
v Interpret patient information and collaborate with physicians and other team members in making critical decision making about needed action.
v create and regularly update medical records for all the patients who are assessed and treated.
v Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required.
v Managing billing, accountable bill, receipt payable.
v Maintain Nursing notes and report to the lead.
v Responsible & accountable for stock provided.
v management of patients database and records.
v Maintaining reports of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
v Handover work logs during shift.
v Ensure documentation compliance and record updates for all patients as a part of patient data collection.
v To present and participate in case discussions and case presentations during review meetings to ensure clinical excellence.
