What Will You Do

• Manage different exchange versions Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016/Exchange Online/Office365
• Design and implemen large scale Active Directory environments
• Provide day to day on-call administration support in a Microsoft exchange environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications
• Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers
• Maintain the production schedules, software and hardware diagnostics

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in MS Exchange 2010, 2013 , 2016.
• Expert in Windows Active Directory, Expert in Exchange Server, Office365, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Power shell commands, DAG and clusters
• Ability to fix with logs and event viewer
• Validated knowledge in managing DAG replication network and resolve Exchange server database
• Demonstrated ability in Recover Exchange server and Configure and manage Exchange client connectivity

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in Users/Shared mailbox migration from exchange 2016 to Office 365
• Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
