Job Description
- Gathering Sales & Purchase Invoices.
- Scan & print required documents needed to collect information for data file.
- Getting & printout of the bills & sending to the clients and CA.
- Coordination and communicate with CA.
- Oversee the daily functions of the office.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
- Manage travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
