Key Responsibilities:
1. Filing and Record Keeping:

Arrange and maintain physical files, folders, and records.

2. Photocopying and Printing:

Use photocopiers and printers to make copies of documents.

Distribute printed materials to the concerned departments or staff members.
3. Document Handling:

Collect and deliver internal documents to various departments.

Assist in preparing and organizing files for meetings or presentations.

Help in sorting and stapling papers, letters, or reports.
4. Office Cleaning and Maintenance Support:

Keep the office space tidy and well-organized (basic cleaning duties as needed).

Ensure that the pantry area and common spaces are clean and well-stocked (tea/coffee/supplies).

Inform the office manager if any equipment or supplies need restocking.
5. Mail and Courier Handling:

Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Prepare and send outgoing mail or courier packages.

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
6. Assisting Staff:

Run errands within the office or nearby (such as collecting items or delivering documents).

Support different departments when they need help with simple tasks.

Assist during meetings by arranging chairs, water, or stationery items.
7. Monitoring Supplies:

Keep track of office supplies like paper, pens, and files.
