The Office Assistant is vital in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This position requires exceptional coordination skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of professionalism.
1. Coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) at the office
2. Arrange and serve lunches for the MD
3. Receive the MD from car parking and manage their belongings
4. Carry out necessary tasks related to banking, such as visiting the bank when required
5. Provide a warm and professional reception to landowners
6. Anticipate the MD's requirements and proactively offer tea, refreshments, and snacks when requested, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
