Position:

Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary

Responsible for providing basic office support, maintaining cleanliness and order, handling routine errands, serving refreshments, and assisting employees with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle internal and external office errands as required.
Deliver and collect documents, files, letters, and other materials.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and basic office-related tasks.
Arrange meeting rooms and ensure required stationery/refreshments are available.
Monitor pantry and office supplies and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.
Receive and distribute courier, parcels, and office correspondence.
Assist in basic loading, unloading, shifting, or arranging of office materials when required.
Support administrative staff in routine day-to-day activities.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and confidentiality requirements.
