Job Description

Job Title: Office Coordinator 

Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office. They act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and help coordinate office activities, supplies, communication, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for managers or departments.

  • Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and trainings.

  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments as needed.

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the office environment.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees with desk setup and documentation.

  • Monitor courier services, mail distribution, and logistics.

  • Generate routine reports related to office administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
  • Office-based role, Monday to Saturday (customize as per company policy).

  • May involve occasional overtime during peak times or events.
