Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Office Marketing Executive to join our NGO support team. This is an in-office, non-field role focused on providing information and consultation to NGOs regarding compliance requirements, registrations, documentation, and government schemes. You will play a crucial part in guiding non-profits across India, helping them navigate legal and procedural requirements such as FCRA, 80G, 12A registration, CSR eligibility, and filing obligations.
This role involves telephonic communication, online consultation, and digital marketing outreach to create awareness, offer guidance, and convert leads into successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultation & Client Guidance

Speak to NGO founders, trustees, or administrators via phone and explain compliance services offered.

Understand the specific compliance needs or challenges faced by each NGO.

Guide them on suitable registration options (80G, 12A, FCRA, Section 8, etc.) and documentation required.

Explain benefits, timelines, legal implications, and steps involved in the process.

Schedule online Zoom/Google Meet consultations (if needed) with senior consultants.
2. Digital Outreach & Lead Engagement

Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, or inbound inquiries.

Maintain lead tracking in CRM/Excel sheets and ensure regular follow-up until closure.

Share brochures, service profiles, and registration guidelines over WhatsApp or email.

Assist with basic digital marketing tasks like updating social media posts or forwarding leads to the design team.
3. Telecalling & Lead Nurturing

Make outbound calls to NGOs listed in the internal or external database.

Explain services clearly, handle objections patiently, and pursue them to take the next steps.

Build rapport with clients and earn their trust by being informative and professional.

Achieve monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
4. Administrative & Coordination Support

Record call outcomes and maintain documentation for every consultation.

Coordinate with the documentation, legal, and registration teams for updates and workflow clarity.

Ensure smooth transition of NGOs from consultation to service onboarding.
5. Awareness Creation & Promotion

Help NGOs understand the benefits of proper registration and compliance.

Share newsletters, blog articles, or updates about government schemes and compliance deadlines.

Identify gaps in NGO awareness and report common queries to the content/marketing team for educational campaigns.
