Job Description
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Experience with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry and the local market in Gaya and Bihar.
- A passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field marketing).
- Promote products/services through advertisements, social media, and events.
- Develop marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and online content.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies for market expansion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain records of sales transactions, marketing activities, and client interactions.
