Officer / Sr. Officer - TM, L&D & OE
Location: IR, Veraval, Gujarat, India

Minimum Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years
Job Description:
1. Identification of training needs, preparation & effective implementation of training calendar
2.Maintaining a Pool of Trainers (Internal / External) to be used for various training programs
3. Analyzing training programs & trainers feedback for necessary corrections
4. Coordinating with employees and Managers for training nominations followed by training participation
5. Regularly updating Poornata ELM Module
6. Drive eLearning through out the Unit
7. Ensuring regular upkeep of Training Centre
8. Ensuring proper upkeep of training data including attendance sheets, proposals, bills
9. Assist SH in Talent Management related tasks
10. Assist SH in admistering OE activities like Surveys
11. Ensuring regular Shop Floor Sessions on Safety by CDCSC Sub Committee members
12. Integrated Management Systems - Maintaining all related documents & MIS
