Job description

Our client is an international company:

Their web SaaS applications help thousands of businesses worldwide launch giveaways, loyalty programs, contests and sweepstakes.
We are looking for excellent Live Chat consultants to answer questions related to sales and helping them with Onboarding.
This is an inbound sales/support role. No cold calls.
The shift will be USA timezone.
Ideally the job is located in Chennai- However, if you are a top-notch candidate, we are happy for you to work from home anywhere in India
Your only mission is to help our customers grow their business by using our apps.
We will provide you with training.

The Candidate

1.Should be comfortable with Live Chat and helping customers withonboarding so that the customers correctly configure the applications

2.Very good English writing skill - The job will involve lots of live chats and emails

3.Sincere and proactive with a great attitude to getting things done , able to coordinate with various people across countries

5. Great skill to demonstrate the value proposition to our prospects

7. Should have a quiet office, a very high speed, and stable internet connection, a high spec laptop

8. IMPORTANT- You should have prior experience and knowledge of referral marketing, loyalty programs, giveaways, sweepstakes, etc.

You should be comfortable working in US timezone.

Extra credit

- Advanced standing in TOEFL, IELTS or similar english certification

- US accent for voice calls for demos

We offer excellent remuneration and commissions for achieving targets.

Required Candidate profile: You should have worked as a live chat/ email sales/support related to web apps (SaaS) in the US timezone. Voice sales/ support would be an added bonus.
