Job Type: Part-time (timing 10 AM to 2 PM)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Position Summary:
The Online Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process for an e-commerce or retail operation. This includes processing online orders, printing invoices, packing products, checking shipping labels, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Review and process customer orders received through online platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Verify customer information, product availability, and payment status before proceeding.

Coordinate with inventory teams to confirm product stock and availability.

Invoice and Label Printing:

Generate and print invoices for each order using the appropriate billing software or e-commerce backend.

Print shipping labels with correct customer details and product information.
-
Ensure accuracy of the invoice and label before dispatch.

Packing of Products:

Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
-
Match each item with the order details to avoid packaging errors.

Label each package clearly and securely with the printed shipping label and invoice.

Shipping and Dispatch:

Arrange for pick-up by courier partners or hand over the packed items to the logistics team.

Ensure all packages are dispatched on time and as per the daily schedule.

Update order tracking details in the system or on the relevant marketplace dashboards.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of processed orders, invoices, shipping labels, and dispatched packages.

Track returns, exchanges, and customer delivery issues, and coordinate with customer service when needed.

Prepare daily and weekly order processing reports for internal review.

Quality and Accuracy:

Double-check each order for accuracy before packing and shipping.

Ensure the right product, size, and quantity are sent to the correct address.

Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor or relevant department.

Coordination:

Work closely with the inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Communicate any stock shortages or shipping delays promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in e-commerce operations, warehousing, or retail order processing is an advantage.

Familiarity with invoicing software, barcode scanners, and label printers.
