Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible
2. Connect, converse and engage with the target audience on digital platforms & across, on behalf of the brand thereby attending response management
3. Respond to negative comments, feedback, and redressing complaints within the specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with the brand worthwhile
4. Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintain the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online
5. Acknowledge compliments & showcase the same on the brand's social media pages
6. Identify and utilize social listening tools for response management

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th May'21 and 28th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Thane and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have a solid understanding of different social networks
2. Must be willing to start work from home immediately until circumstances get normalcy and later on willing to relocate to Mumbai (Thane)
3. Must have relevant cognitive skills and interests
