Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and grow the sales of textile products through digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, online marketing, and customer engagement to drive revenue and expand brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Online Sales
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize SEO, keywords, and product descriptions to enhance visibility and sales.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews on online platforms.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with wholesale buyers and B2B clients through email, chat, and calls.
Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media and influencer campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report monthly sales performance and return rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Suggest improvements in pricing, offers, and website/e-commerce store enhancements.
