Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring creation of Monthly Business review presentations with KPI reporting.
- Roster and schedule employees based on forecasted transactions volume. Plan short and long-term changes to scheduling in response to business activity.
- Ownership of Attendance file and finalizing incentive for the account in close co-ordination with the management
- SPOC for all Operations and Business related requirements in order to assist Operations leader to create/implement solutions for smooth functioning of day-to-day business. Identification, development and implementation of new tools to support operations.
- Lead the WFM & Automation team to meet key business milestones.
- Create and maintain employee performance management system such as monthly incentive program, reward & recognition program & annual checkpoint data etc
- Responsible for reporting of all tasks
- Estimate productivity levels by analyzing past trends and assist Operations with solutions.
- Ensure appropriate quality checks are in place and in use to maintain high level of accuracy in all reporting.
- Analysing Internal team requirements and have a clear understanding of Technology deliverables.
- Generating maximum agent utilization and contact per hour, per download and per dial metrics.
- RTA this includes monitoring PRI lines, agents, utilization and compliance.
- Knowledge about Data uploads and scrubbing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in IT industry
- Expertise on MS-Office suite and workflow tools mainly Excel & MS Access with ability to design reports and tools with VBA macros. Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of VBA Macro's is preferred.
- Ability to understand Business Operations need for the Excel trackers and provide them with the Excel VBA forms/tracker Solutions, which will help them to increase efficiency and improve quality.
- Proven analytical and logical skills to understand the data and provide insights from the available data.
- Proficient in Team management experience & client interaction exposure

- Proficient in MS office applications and any ERP software as end user
