Job Description
- Verification of bills, vouchers.
- Preparing MIS, Negotiating with suppliers, Freight forwarders,CHA for best prices and deliveries.
- Pre-costing for all projects.
- Carrying out administration tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.preparing POA to mobilize materials to support execution of project.
- Proper maintenance of all documents.
